DETROIT, MI - This is one of the strangest and most unusual Halloween parties in the world. It's time to get your costume ready for Theatre Bizarre 2017.
The annual Halloween masquerade party started as an "underground event" 16 years ago. It's been legal since 2011, taking place at the historic Masonic Temple where attendees explore the spooky rooms and hallways. You'll come across a carnival with side shows, circus acts, illusionists, fire performers, bands, burlesque, fetish and who knows what else.
Costumes are mandatory at this adults only event on Saturday, October 14 and 21. Tickets are $95. The masquerade gala is on Friday, October 13th and Friday, October 20th. Tickets are $260.
